Tampereen arkkitehtuuri- ja designviikko järjestetään 26.9-5.10.2025 jo 18. kerran. Vuoden 2025 TAD Weekin teemana on luonto.

Ilmastonmuutoksen keskellä tarvitsemme luontopohjaisia ratkaisuja ihmisten ja muunlajisten hyvinvoinnin tukemiseksi. Luonto on aina inspiroinut suunnittelijoita, niin jugend-rakennuksissa kuin Aaltojen arkkitehtuurissa ja muotoilussakin. Tulevaisuudessa algoritmeihin ja tekoälyyn pohjautuvat menetelmät mahdollistavat uudenlaisia biomimeettisen ja biofiilisen suunnittelun ratkaisuja, joilla voimme luoda kokonaisvaltaisesti kestäviä tuotteita, rakennuksia ja kaupunkeja. Teeman avulla haluamme herättää keskustelua siitä, miten luonto voi tuoda meidät yhteen rakentamaan parempaa tulevaisuutta.

The theme of TAD Week 2025 is nature.

In the midst of climate change, we need nature-based solutions to support the well-being of humans and other species. Nature has always inspired designers, both in art nouveau buildings and in the architecture and even in design of Alvar and Aino Aalto. In the future, methods based on algorithms and artificial intelligence enable new types of biomimetic and biophilic design solutions with which we can create comprehensively sustainable products, buildings and cities. With the TAD Weeks theme, we want to spark a discussion about how nature can bring us together to build a better future.
